Birthday Boy Rob

An eighth successive away defeat, this time against a team who hadn’t won in four. One moment of quality from Scott Twine was enough. Yes Luton had chances, but it was far from a convincing away display despite a couple of promising selections.

First Joe Johnson got a start. If Luton are not going up or going down, it seems more than reasonable to start playing more youth. And Joe had a good game. It was also great to see Josh Phillips come on right at the end. He also needs more minutes.

The club are promising to be busy in the transfer window. Given recent history in the January windows, lets hope they have been looking in the right places.

We’re now half way through the season with 23 played, 25 points collected.

Swansea away next on Sunday.
