A performance to be proud of resulting in a first ever win at Pride Park as Town kept their slim hopes of avoiding relegation alive. Three away wins out of four is play-off form. Sadly the home disappointments are keeping us right in trouble.
A different story away from home however as Mark McGuinness was the hero with an incredible 19 clearances including one off the line.
Another goal for Alli and some very amusing new chants from the 3,000 Luton faithful who braved an early start and the bank holiday traffic to race up the M1.
More days like this under the new gaffer are assured. The question is will they be in League One or The Championship?
