Manchester City 5 Luton Town 1 – Time To Focus On Final Five

ross the goal scorer

To Manchester for statistically our toughest fixture against the four-times Champions and treble winners. With rumours of more injuries there were genuine doubts if we could field any central defenders. As it turned out, Luton put on a spirited performance. Cauley hit the bar with a cheeky effort. Alfie had a snap shot well saved.

And Ross Barkley only went and fizzed in a beauty.

By that time it was 3-0 City and poor Fred had a very tough time against their man of the match Doku.

No point spending a second longer though lingering on this result. It is the next five games that will determine our fate in the Premier League.

Brentford (home)
Wolves (away)
Everton (home)
West Ham (away)
Fulham (home)

Lots of chat as to how many wins / points we will need. Personally I think 9 points will be enough. Assuming there isn’t any funky business with points refunded. Which is a big assumption.
